拓展培训的市场分析与拓展培训企业核心竞争力研究

【中文摘要】
        随着培训需求的多样化及培训内容和形式的发展,源于西方的拓展培训近年来在世界范围内得到了传播,同时也进入了中国。我国于1995年引入了拓展培训,几年来得到了一定的发展。面对竞争逐渐激烈的培训市场,针对快速上升的企业员工培训需求,拓展培训企业应如何适应这种竞争环境并不断发展呢?本文介绍拓展培训业入手,通过对拓展培训市场竞争的分析,从而提出拓展培训企业应建立核心竞争力以实现持续的竞争优势,共同推进行业的发展。
        第一章对拓展培训的内涵及其发展趋势作一介绍,并提出行业中存在的一些问题。拓展培训业是培训业中的一个新兴分枝,他的核心是体验式学习,他是体验经济的先驱,其在全球范围内特别是近年来在国内得到了快速的发展。作为一个新兴的行业,或多或少的存在着无序竞争,行业不规范等问题。
         第二章市场分析及核心竞争力理论认识与运用。简单介绍了市场竞争分析方法 EST分析方法及迈克尔·波特的竞争战略理论,并阐述了拓展培训市场分析的特点。回顾了核心竞争力的概念、特征及意义,并提出了拓展培训企业的核心竞争力特征。
        第三章介绍并对拓展培训市场进行了较为全面的分析。根据PEST分析方法
及迈克尔.波特的竞争战略理论并结合具体的培训企业对拓展培训行业竞争状况进行了分析。拓展培训需求占培训总需求的比例会逐渐上升,具有一定的发展潜力,但同时行业内竞争也在不断加剧,培训企业只有建立核心竞争力,才能生存和发展。
        第四章阐述了拓展培训业中的拓展培训企业培养自己的核心竞争力的途径。根据核心竞争力理论分析了作为中国拓展培训企业先行者的人众人教育发展有限公司的竞争战略和竞争优势。从而探讨了拓展培训企业如何建立核心竞争力。拓展培训企业在提升自己的竞争力时,特别关注质量、服务、品牌、价格以及安全等方面。企业可在市场运作能力和系统制度能力等方面建构相应的核心竞争力并不断提升企业竞争力。

        With the diversification of the training demands and development of training programs and styles, the Outward Bound originated from the western societies has become popular in the world in recent years.        With the diversification of the training demands and development of training programs and styles, the Outward Bound originated from the western societies has become popular in the world in recent years. Outward Bound, which appeared in china in 1995, has been developed rapidly in the past few years. Faced with the challenges of the training market and rapid development of training demand, the enterprises engaged in Outward Bound must be aware of the seriousness of the situation and  make out comprehensive and appropriate policies to cope with the awkward situation. This article lays emphasis on how to keep continuous competitive advantages by raising the core competences in order to keep the market orderly and prosperous through the brief introduction of Outward Bound business and its market analysis.
       Chapter 1 gives some useful information regarding the inherent nature of Outward B)und and its potential development, as well as the existence of some problems in the market. The Outward Bound focusing on experimental study is becoming a new branch of training programs. As a new and rapidly-developing business in China, abnormal challenges and wrongful O p e r ations often exist in the market.
       Chapter 2 simply describes the analytic methods concerning the market challenges, as well as the PEST analysis and Michaele porter's strategic theories of the challenge. It also introduces the main points of the Outward Bound market analysis, the core competences in detail and the characteristics of the core competences of true enterprises engaged in山tward Bound business..
       Chapter 3 comprehensively analyses the challenge of the Outward Bound market with the methods of PEST analysis and Michaele porter's strategic theories of the challenge. The percentage of the Outward Bound in the total training market would gradually increase, but the challenge of enterprises is likely to intensify. In order to survive intensive challenges, the enterprises engaged in Outward Bound should rely on their core competencies.
       Chapter  4  describes  the  paths  of  raising  the  enterprise's  core competencies with the analysis of the theory of core competencies to show the strategy and advantages of Genesis Outword Development Co. Ltd., the pioneer of China's enterprises engaged in Outward Bound. While achieving the purpose, the quality, service, popularity and expenses and safety etc., should be paid great attention to. In order to raise the core competences of the enterprise, the ability of market O p e r ation and regulations should be improved accordingly.
